Great day Yaobing, would assignable TV channels, like the hidden checkbox, be something which can be done towards users ?

Depending the user (level) logged on.
I've created two shortcuts in Theater View: +12 and +18.
The default administrator user has all rights or no limitations.
But files like movies and TV recordings have rules using p.e. the Critical Rating tag.

The absolute max would be tagfield handling on TV channels :-)
This would open possibilities, same how files can be handled now in MC.

Not displaying the EPG for those channels which aren't granted rights/user binding.
Or at a minimum been able to link the hidden channels towards a user vs the administrator user ?

Hidden channels are used only for the purpose of hiding unwanted channels (for any user), so it is not suitable for what you are trying to achieve.  Filtering by User field is what I should be exploring on.
