hi. A while back i purchased a license for MC25 and it would work with MC26,
Mc25 works great but i wanted to use that upgrade to MC26.
I already downloaded MC26 but it is asking me for the restore and when i pasted it from my email it tells me is not valid.
what should i do?

 this is what i got when i purchased MC25/26

All licenses sold now are for JRiver Media Center 26.  They will work with MC26 when it is available in December and they work now with MC25.0.113 or higher.

I just checked for licenses using your forum email address.  The latest license was purchased in June of 2019.  It's for MC25 for Mac.

You can download MC25 (see Old Versions on our wiki) and use it.  Or you can upgrade to MC26.

yes, i've been usinng MC25 since then but i think if you buy license for 25 you'd get 26 or something like that.

if i am mistaken, is there anyways to get a temporary key just to open MC26 so i can do a library backup and then a restore on MC25.
i started using MC26  trial version and all the new music is there.

MC26 licenses weren't issued until near the end of 2019.

MC26 makes automatic backups.  Search for *.zip files on your machine.
