Using Latest MC26
« on: March 11, 2020, 08:51:35 pm »

I just can't get this to work properly.

I did a search for all my .aiff or .aif files and asked it to convert to ALAC having noted what was said here about ALAC and FLAC). It found 0000's no trouble, started to convert but got stuck, or seemed to. It didn't ever say close but did appear to have converted. Until I looked for them and found no conversions.

The track numbering just keeps going back to a jumbled mess. It also does nothing when one wants the album cover.

Back to MC25. Track no's are all in order with no help from me.

Converted something like 6000 *.aif or *.aiff files to ALAC and some to FLAC(when I made the choice.)

For some reason MC26 just won't play properly for me.

Does no one have any ideas why MC26, which I own, does not work for me?

Strange, I just converted a bunch of .flac files to ALAC without any issues. Where are your media files stored? Are they playing OK?
cheers,
Hans
