Composer Cover Art
« on: March 12, 2020, 07:41:02 am »

I tried to get the all Cover Art for the Composers I have in my library.

In the composer field I have written all composers names like this: Vivaldi, Antonio (1678-1741)

In some cases MC finds the composer picture in many cases not. Does MC expect only the name or can it also handle the years in brackets or only sometimes?

That's tricky because I think it wants the name to be like: Antonio Vivaldi.

Next build we'll try this:
Changed: Made composer lookup able to understand strings with years at the end and strings (composer (years)) and reversed in order (last name, first name).

Thanks for the help!

The lookup manages with straight Vivaldi

The jpeg file needs to match the Composer Tag, so copy images to the Cover Art Composer folder and rename it to Vivaldi’, Antonio (dates)

In some cases I looked up  the pictures the hard way Google Vivaldi images and pick the best
