Audio Setup Mac

I'm a newB and need help with audio setup I'm currently using   Audirvana Plus on Mac Book Pro 2013 with HI Sierra 10.13.6   2.4 GHz Intel Core
8GB Ram 250 GB SSD Internal drive with a Micro Rendu, Stellar Gain Cell DAC. Music on external HD.
