I'm messing with video settings, and changed some things to use RO HQ with the quality set to Best.

I went into this setting a few times, and there's never a check or mark or anything to tell me what is currently set, and selecting anything, even the setting I chose last time (the current setting) still gives me a warning it will reset madvr settings.

I'd love to see something telling me what the current setting is.  If I knew which setting was selected, I wouldn't have to select it and force madvr settings to be reset.

I understand why you'd want to reset them when making a change (to force it to known/good settings), but after a while, I will not remember what I'd set, so I'd have to select something and force a reset, which it may not be actually necessary.

Since its not a fixed setting but just loads a preset which the user can still customize afterwards, it would really not be consistent to show a checkmark there, and possibly quite confusing.

That option might be better named "Quality Settings Reset..."

Or "Load Quality Settings...{last loaded settings name}".

That makes sense.  I just didn't remember what settings I had chosen long ago, and don't see any way to find that information, so I thought that might be a solution.  Maybe there's a way to show us what was chosen, and whether or not it was then modified.

Probably not a big deal, it seems to be working good for me now.
