Help. My license isn't being accepted
« on: May 24, 2020, 03:05:33 pm »

I had to reinstall Windows 10.

I originally had MC21 then upgraded to MC25.

I vaguely recall having to install MC24 with another file.mjr while waiting for the MC25 to be available.

I bought MC25 and there is this restriction on restoring the licence 10 times.  I already lost 5 because nothing works. It worked before I reinstalled Windows this weekend.

I am not a computer geek. I just want to listen to music.

What do I need to do to install MC25?

It is not working.  I can install MC21 fine but the system doesn't recognize that I bought an upgrade for MC25.

I had to find another license in my emails from when I bought the upgrade.. I thought licences were permanent?

Anyways, MC25 now works

They are permanent, but only for one version.  If you want to use MC25, you need to restore with your MC25 license.
