When I try to configure the media network on my Windows 10, I keep getting this message. I made sure firewall wasn't blocking JRiver and allowed access for both public and private. I still get the same error message.

"Library Server has failed to start. Double-check that the configured port is not already in use and that your firewall software is not blocking it"

When I try to do the same thing on my macbook pro, I was able to get the access key instantly. This is not helpful since all of my local FLAC files are stored on my PC. I've read the wiki page already but I'm not sure what else I can do.
