JRiver 26 The speed of sound is slowing down

I am new to jriver 26. I bought it right on June 4, 2020.  After installing the software and trial singing, the speed of sound is slowed down. The speed is about 7/10, while other music playback software still works normally.
 I use a laptop win 10  . Help me !

Did you change any of the tempo settings in DSP Studio (Player Menu > DSP Studio... > Tempo & Pitch), perhaps?
