and the only field in red is:  * Coupon (if any):

This field is prepopulated to UPGRMC11.

Please help.

Could be a problem with your browser.  Try removing the coupon.

Also if your web browser is auto filling fields, it might've saved a previous coupon code. Or you're using a browser extension like Honey or something like that.
