UPGRADE: Prices and Help for MC27

Hi,
I'm on Win10, MC23, just bought an upgrade with Paypal as per instructions in OP.
When I try to install I get msg "your license file is for a different product".
Through the FAQ I found this page https://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Paypal
There I get msg "Unable to find transaction ID or e-mail address."

Download and install MC26.0.98 or higher. Then restore your license. It's not a Paypal problem.

I’m sure I missed it, but can someone direct me that he list of enhancements in 27 Vs 26. I’m offered a discount to us grade, but I have no idea what I’m getting for my money.
