So, I have a Surface Laptop 3 15 inch with a Ryzen 5 and Vega 9 iGPU and I’m having issues playing back from an external USB 3.0 hard drive. Whenever I pause it and come back, one of two things will happen: One, JRiver freezes then crashes. Two, JRiver will continue playing for about thirty seconds or so, the screen will freeze, and the audio will loop in the background for about 10 seconds and then it will continue playing. Any help?
Update: Okay, I think I fixed the pause issue from occurring by download WD Drive Utilities and disabling sleep for my Easystore. Never mind!
