Load time on Shield

Just setting up A new Shield pro. Have it installed and entered credentials. But it never loads the JR library server I’m trying to connect to. The wheel just keeps spinning. I’ve verified that the credentials are correct. Not sure what else to do.

Any ideas no what I might be doing wrong?

I've uninstalled it and reinstalled without any improvement. Still will not load Library.

I typically connect to this server using the Access Key and never have issues connecting.

I have never been able to get it to load my full library on the Shield. I haven't bothered trying in a while.

It usually takes 30 seconds to a  full minute at least for my fairly large library to load on the Shield.

I guess 88k file is more than it can handle right now. I’ve made multiple attempts letting it “load” for nearly ten minutes. I give up.
