I have Media Center 26.0.98 64bit installed on 2 Windows 10 machines. After updating both to the Win10 2004 Update (OS Build 19041.421) the other day I noticed that some of my Start Menu, Power Users Context Menus weren't working on both machines. Right click on the Start icon and the Power Users Menu pops up. See attached image of what wasn't working.
After a long troubleshoot and browsing the web I found the fix from a post on Ten Forums.
https://www.tenforums.com/general-support/157801-trouble-my-right-click-start-power-user-context-utility-menu-4.html#post1987374The fix was to use a program to disable 3rd party context menus systematically to see if one of them is causing the problem. When I disabled the item by JRiver's Media Center the problem went away. So, I'm assuming that Windows doesn't like this DLL by JRiver for some reason.
