best way to upgrade - licensing question
« on: August 07, 2020, 10:29:19 am »

Hi everyone,

I want to get back on the road again with JRiver. For various reasons I haven't used it for a looooong time..
Now I would like to upgrade my licens(es) to a Master license, so that I can use it on all platforms.

My licenses show that I previously bought a Master license for version 21.
They also show that I have a license for Mac for version 25.
(I also seem to have a license for 15, 16, 17 and 19. It seems that licenses became OS specific from version 19 onwards as I have two version 19 licenses for win and mac)

What would be the best way to upgrade to the latest and greatest but also to a Master license?
(Not sure on this one, but I think I need to reinstall from scratch)

Thanks for helping out!

I don't work for JRiver... I help keep the forums safe from Viagra and other sources of sketchy pharmaceuticals.
