Looks like I am out of luck saving some money.
My windows registration license is for build no longer supported,
and besides that, I don't have the email address any longer that I
used to purchase the license.
My new employer requires me to be on Win OS.
Bootcamping my older Mac is not a solution.
Is there anyway to purchase JR for Win at discount?
I've purchased JR for Win and Mac in past.
I've now learned to never lose/close an old email account
which was associated with a registration license. Doing so
costs you money.

I found your licenses and changed the email address to the one you use for your forum account.

I sent your Registration Codes to that address. 

If you don't see them, search your spam and trash folders for mail from jriver.com

I created big mess for myself by not updating my email address.
I closed email address "brgtro.." some time back.
If anyone registered that email after I close it, they now have my registration info.
Thinking best to invalidate all licenses associated with that email, so no one besides me can use them.
I would like, if possible, to have new license codes for my purchased JR for Mac (single license) and JR for Windows. I amy have an old masters license?
The following now invalid JR registration info:

 I kept waiting and waiting for a conformation email and none came, so tried registering under a new user name and password.
Finally less than 30 minutes ago, I got a JR email to confirm my new user account.

My only valid JR user name and email now is
username: bt3
The crux of the problem was my fault in not updating my JR email address after I voided that gmail address.

Now I will go into my new JR account and confirm the new email address associated with my account is correct.

If you could, send updated Win and Mac licenses, void the old ones, and I think I will be nearly squared away. I'll just need to change the current registration license  for my JR for Mac and when my new Win OS notebook arrives from my new employer, install the JR for Win registration license, and then update to a newer JR for Win version, as version 19 is rather old.

My apologies for the problem which I created by not updating my JR email address of record. I'm an old guy for sure, but that's not an excuse really ( c :
