Registration Code Problem

Hi,

I never received the registration code after purchasing release 27 (upgrade from version 26).

On 22 July 2020 I purchased the "Media Center 27 Master" upgrade.
I downloaded the MJR file and used it on MC26 and MC27

Having to restore the PC, I realized that I never received the email with the MJR file and the registration code.

I had the email with the Registration Codes sent from the "License Restore Page" (https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi) site and release 27 is not present. (email attached)

How can I retrieve the registration code of the MC 27 release purchased in July?
