Do you think this is a mc9 problem,or a settings problem on my end.I upgraded to ver 145 from 143 to try to fix same problem as suggested from previous post by jim.

it is hard to say..

did it ever work?

there are a very few users who have reported this in the past 8 or so months.

I think normaly it is do to hardware or drivers.

i think each system has a mind of it's own.

if you post your system info, and also upgrade all your drivers to the latest maybe someone can help.

wayne,

I will look into the auto import which appears not to work. For me, the import from MC works fine after using Download Manager.

After the files are downloaded using download manager, have you tried verifying that the files are actually there? If they are, can you verify that the import path you have selected is compatible with where download manager placed the files? Also, be sure that a compatible file type is selected for the import.

Songs appear to be in download manager.
Base path
mc9
c\music\download manager,if i open tree for download manager in base path all songs are listed.Songs that i had previously imported &ones that failed to import are all there.
mc9
Temp file location.
c\music\temp
When i click on temp, nothing shows?
mc9
file associations
Audio Playlist
Emusic
Media Playlist
Real Media
Mpeg Audio
All above settings are from mc9 tools, options

Download Manager settings[from options]

Default-c\music\download manager
         straight download
         import download
File associations
      Enable download manager
      Enable file re naming

I hope this info helps to find problem

Wayne,

Sorry for the delay in the response, I was out yesterday.

So after using Download Manager, the files are in C:\music\download manager, but you cannot import the files into MC from that location?

wayne,

The red check mark should not be set by default. That is to select all options. The DEF button should be the default setting.

I will look at the auto import which is indeed broken.

Wayne,

Check out the auto import in the next build of MC (152?) and I think the auto import will work now.

Thanks,
