If I want to install MC on a Macbook and....?

For both Mac OS and Windows with Bootcamp, do I need to purchase 2 licenses for each platform or one master license covers mac and bootcamp version same time?
I'm asking this because I actually install on single computer, and if it counts as 2 installations, buying a regular license for each platform is cheaper than purchasing 2 master licenses.
