Button to control is missing

Hello,

I'm having the problem that when I'm connected to another laptop on JRiver and want to control it with 2th, the button "There" is missing.
Maybe somebody knows what to do?

Did you try restarting both systems? I set up something similar this weekend, but the There option on the controlling system did not appear until after a restart

Hello,

yes I have both restarted several times.
Unfortunately no change. I have also completely uninstalled and installed JRiver.

Check to be sure they are on the same type of network according to Windows settings. Eg Private.
