Hi,
I have two library servers both running JRiver Media Center 27 running on 2 PC's both running the latest  Windows 10 updates.
They are all on the same network
Both have video content as well as audio.
The video content is from the same NAS source on both machines

I can see and play the video content on both machines.

I run JRemote2 on my Android phone (Galaxy S20 Pro Ultra).
Both servers appear.
When I connect to  the first server I can see the video and audio content and play it on the phone or other devices
When I connect to the second  server all I can see is the audio content, the video content does not appear at all.

I suspect I have not set something correctly on the second server and the solution is relatively simple

I would be extremely grateful if someone can tell me   how to sort this out.
