Browsing Media Library by thumbnail?
« on: April 12, 2003, 06:08:09 pm »

Hello,

I've tried all of the different"List Styles":

Automatic
Details
Thumbnails
Thumbnails (album group if logical)

None of these are exactly what I'm looking for. :)

"Thumbnails (album group if logical)" is very close to what I'm hoping for, except when you select an artist w/ 1 album (or if you browse a specific album)  you're presented with a bunch of identical album thumbnails -- one for each of the tracks.

It just seems that if everything in the view is from the same album it should jump to something like a detail view rather then just a collection of the same thumbnail.  Is there any way to customize this that I might have missed ?

Awesome program.  I find new features all the time :) thanks!

I agree, that would be more logical.
There's a plug-in called Album View that does exactly that (and more).  It's a great plug-in and well worth the $11.
