This has happened a few times with the last few versions. Basically, I starting ripping some CDs using the OGG Vorbis encoder. After a few (I don't have a specific number) times, I add a new CD to rip, the YADB lookup appears to fail but the app is also hung then Media Core GPFs. From that point on, when I put that CD in the system, MC9 identifies it as some OTHER CD in my collection.
If I can repeat it exactly, I will post steps. Thanks.
Oh, but it might have something to do with NOT closed the CD Rip Dialog box after each rip...
