Couldn't find a way to keep Media Server running on logout.
I did however cleanup all the shutdown/restart/logout/Quit menu stuff so all of it does graceful shutdowns (send signals to DLNA devices before closing, etc).
That will be in the next build.

The detached window code is very alpha. It may be removed if I can't find a way to handle the detached child window properly.
