I can't get Gizmo to work with my new install of JRiver 27.  I dutifully went Media Network and clicked on Use Media Network to share library...This generated an access key.  In Gizmo I went to Mode>Choose a Server to Play From>New Server.  I entered the access key.  I double checked to ensure that I had the access key right.  Gizmo then went through 10 iteration of attempts to connect showing me an http:// address all of which failed.

Now the funny thing is that I have JRiver 19 installed on exactly the same computer and I am able to enter the access key for this version and voila, Gizmo connects and works.

What might be going wrong and how do I try to solve this problem?

Did you shutdown MC19, when starting MC27, to avoid conflicts?
Is the same happening when using <IP>:52199 from a browser?
Is under Options -> General -> Features -> Media Network checked?
Is your firewall allowing access to these ports
