Samsung Buds & WASAPI
« on: January 17, 2021, 05:17:41 pm »

I just got a pair of Samsung Buds and cannot get them to work with WASAPI on JR25 or JR27. They work fine using direct, but WASAPI makes them stutter. Help please.

Aren't the buds Bluetooth?

If they're Bluetooth, you may need to resample your 44.1 kHz to 48 kHz. That could explain why DirectSound works, as it'll resample automatically going through the system mixer.

JRiver doesn't think the Buds can do 48Khz. Windows "Sound " in the control panel says that the buds are 44.1KHz only.
