Moving the Mediaceter window in KDE with the titlebar

The Muffin Man:
No screenshot needed. It doesn't respond to drags at all until I maximize it, then restore it.
And then it's a very small area that I can grab and drag at the beginning and end of the menu area.
This is using the default theme in MC.

Edit: at times I can grab other areas and move it. It appears that it's hit or miss and only after a maximize and restore.

I get this on one of my machines but only if I set it to autostart via kde, in this case the window is pinned to the top left and I can't move it at all but it works in all other ways. If I shut it down and open it manually, it then behaves normally. This machine is a workstation with an nvidia card, same setup on an optimus equipped laptop works fine (regardless of which GPU it uses).
