A few things about Streaming that's be nice to have...
* Move the ability to show/hide streaming services to Options. It's hard to do it in the tree.
* Make the "Streaming" main page show only those services that are enabled.
* Make the "Streaming" main page show custom entries.
* Add YouTube Music as a service.
* Allow the ability to sort the services.
* When navigating away from the the service's page, the audio should keep playing and when navigating back to the service's page, you should be where you left off, not at the service's main page.
*It would be really cool if the MC player controls could send events to the service's web page to stop, pause, play, etc.
