Not a huge problem but the meters are a very good visual that music is playing. Essential for my application.
All of the sudden when I booted up JRiver the meters were gone. When I open the setup menu it shows both left and right meters checked.

Any help greatly appreciated. I did try searching before I posted here but could not find any threads relevant.

Tried 5 different skins and no meters. Checked each skin and the meters were still checked as selected.

Is it possible that Windows 10 started blocking this function for some reason?

Try widening the window.  Make sure you're playing an audio file we decode.  Try an MP3.

The files I am playing are 2 channel .wav files. All the files have been playing fine and showing the
stereo meters. Same files working fine on my other PC running JRiver 27.
When I boot up my PC windows 10 desk top comes up then immediately opens JRiver 27.The last time I booted, no meters but I do have audio, just no meters.

Also no matter how I set the view size the meters never show up.

Been doing some research and my issue may be a Windows Defender thing. I am new to PC's so still learning. Mac till recent.
If anyone has any suggestions in this regard would appreciate. Starting to read about Defender.
