Hi,
I have a licensed MC27 and I am trying to get a Registration Code from your site:

After entering my mail address, the site informs me that the Registration Codes have been sent.
However, no mail ever arrives.
Can you help me, please?

I just sent it again. Check your spam folder. Search for buy-buttton

I see the failure. There is something odd going on between the server that serves your domain and our license server email.
Checking into it.

Don't know if it is relevant, but all my mail sent to xxx@xxx.dk is automatically forwarded to xxxxxx@gmail.com - GMail is my actual mail provider.

it would be good if I can figure out why it won't go to the .dk address. I know it will go to gmail.
I just resent the codes. I'm guessing you didn't get them?

Alas, I didn't receive any mail.
I have previously tried to change my mail address in the forum to my GMail address without any luck.
Would it help your analysis if I changed it again now?

Please walk me through what I now have to do to upgrade my Media Center 24 to MC 28.

1.My current MC is MC 24. MC 24 is still installed on my computer.
2. I paid for and received the Media Center28 Windows-529786.mjr file.
3. I received the MC28 license code

Questions:
1. Do I have to uninstall MC 24 then download and install Media Center27, then click on the Windows-529786.mjr file?
2. Do I not uninstall MC 24, then install Media Center27, then click on the Windows-529786.mjr file?
2. If not then what do I have to do?
3. And most important, what do I have to do to ensure that my MC 24 Library and Settings will export into MC 28. Is this done automatically?

Download and install MC27. Restore your MC28 license.

Keep MC24 for now. Uninstall when you're happy with MC27 or MC28.

Your library will be found and used by MC27.

Thanks Jim, my Library was recognized and used by MC 27 automatically.
However, my settings did not get recognized and used by MC 27.

Is there a way to import my MC 24 settings into MC 27?

Do a library backup in MC24 then restore than library backup in MC27.

You are indeed awesome! Thank you! And it was nice to read and discover that my MC24 had been creating Automatic Library Backups for me too.

I just purchased the upgrade to MC28. Now, all of a sudden, every time I launch the app it tells me I'm running a Trial Version, even though I've already restored it. Why does this happen?

What operating system are you using? Also, are you are running as a regular user.
