Hello,
I am very pleased to have lyrics displayed with playback, but need to ask;
Is there any way to change the lyrics font size? 

Between my eyes getting older and my attempts to use my TV as a display, I have difficulty reading the lyrics.
I have found settings that are satisfactory for all else but I find the lyrics are still unreadable for me. I have tried changing the number of pages, but this does not accommodate my needs.

Does a remedy exist, or is one planned at some point?

Try Ctrl-3.  That's Display View.
