Imported EQ presets are mapping incorrectly. The 10 highest bands are maxed at +12db for each preset.

I am not sure whether it is a feature or not, but when I installed V28 under Windows it copied all the settings from Version 27 and I could start immediately using it. Under BigSur M1 I had to do it manually.

Just tried 28. I restored my 27 backup on the iMac and was rebuilding Thumbnails when it got stuck at 4 out of xxx. When I cancelled after an hour or so it gave me a beach ball and I force quit after a minute or so. MacOS report is attached.
