Netflix Feedback
« on: June 21, 2021, 04:54:20 am »

I'm finding Netflix unusable with the WDM driver because as soon as sound starts Media Center switches to Display Mode (CTRL-3) and then Netflix stops.

Netflix integration worked for me but after playing a trailer there was no way to exit Netflix from Theater View - no pause, no stop no ESC. I had to kill the MC process.

That is configurable behavior, and by default playback of audio does jump to any view. If you want jumping behavior for normal audio playback, Zone Switch for WDM/IPC is a good solution to change settings.

Please add more details of the exact location you were in Netflix from where you played and where you got stuck. By default you should get back using the Back key on remotes, or Backspace on a keyboard.

There  is a back button to the left of the D-Pad on most remotes.

I use Logitech K830 Keyboard as remote if I am not using JRemote.

Another Problem:
1. I added Netflix to Theater View Config
2. Open Theater View
3. Play something in Netflix
4. Go back to Theater View
5. Exit Theater View
6. Exit MC
7. Start MC - The added Netflix entry in Theater View Config is gone one has to add it again.

Another question:
Netflix in Theater View seems to work only in full screen mode - is this correct?

If you're running MC on a client, you'd need to add Netflix on the server.

Thanks JimH - I started to test MC 28 only on the client .-)
