Greatday dear Yaobing,

I'm trying to add some new and updated channels to MC, but due to some reason I'm always getting 'no hardware available to fulfill....
When copying the same RTSP address into VLC it works, all channels seems to open.

Any recent changes made to the streaming function or something i should look for within the recent builds ?

Inside MC I've also tried to copy the same RTSP via the open URL function, but no success.

Tuners and other hardware are still all the same. Nothing changed.

Thanks for any hint or in case you want me to test something let me know :-)

Thanks again.

PS log attached, inside are two attempts to open a valid RTSP.

Yaobing, one thing I'm noticing,

When looking under manage channels, you can select in case wanted, a set of preferred tuners per channel.
I'll never set those as all my four tuners are identical and should be picked one after another in order to get to the next available one.

But exactly for those channels where I'm getting a 'no tuner ...' error, you can't see or select any tuner.
Even MC finds the channels when scanning onto the selected tuners. But not listed within the manage channels overview.

Maybe there's something not 'coming thru' or pushed when scanning and adding new channels for Sat>iP tuners ?

In case i can find something additionally I'll let you know asap.

Thanks for your help,

Yaobing, i might have found something:

All channels which wouldn't get a tuner pointed to, seems to be dvbs sat channels.
Vs all other channels I've got into my guide are dvbs2 channels and all are getting addressed, locked and working fine.

Could it be the case the DVBS support or feature isn't working ?

As VLC does open and plays all of them onto the same Sat>iP hardware.
Fyi, both MC and VLC are installed onto the same Windows 10 x64 machine.

Thanks !

Hi yaobing, fyi, please check the topic as started by Tyler69 in 2017.
Maybe we're talking about the same issue ?
Could it be some software part, related to Sat>iP is back into MC somewhere ?

EDIT: Now I see that while on the channels that work under "Preferred tuner" I can select both tuners, the channels that don't run the "Preferred tuner" dropdown is empty. Also: the working channels are the national tv channels, while the non-working are commercial channels.
EDIT2: Also the working channels have dvbs2 modulation, while the non working have dvbs as far as I can see (although that may be a coincidence, since the national hd channels are free)

Thanks Yaobing for the testfile.
With this beta (.34) DVBS channels are back available, meaning those can be picked and locked.
Looking forward to the next 'official' built to use MC28 again as a fullblown featured program :-)

Another thanks !
