Feature Request: fix/support DVD order for TV Shows

Since moving from thetvdb to themoviedb for TV Show meta data, the DVD Order feature does not work.

The Movie Database does support this in their API using TV Episode Groups.

If you don't want to support this then at the very least you should remove the option in the UI as it doesn't work.

Would be great to have it however as there are many TV Shows where the DVD Order is preferred to the Aired Order
