My ISP switched over to new servers last week, and apparently they broke the DNS lookup in the process. I will chase them to get it fixed, so suggest you try that link again in a few days..

The site is working, but with direct access only to the the "Database of Renderer Test Reports".

To download the Tools I have to cut part of the address's of the links.
