Linux TV Settings - Grayed out?
« on: July 27, 2021, 06:48:24 pm »

Most of the settings (not all) are grayed out.  Is this normal?  I'm wondering if this is related to why I can't stream TV to a remote Windows client.  The check boxes that you see cannot be changed.  I can't check or uncheck these settings.

build 48 fixed this.  thanks.

I did notice something weird.  Under "TV Options|Advanced|Show Stats", only 6 of my tuners are showing (All HDHomeRun Primes).  I have a HDHomeRun Quatro (4 OTA tuners) as well, and they don't show.  But they do show in the Show Stats in Standard View Television view.

Not a big deal at all, but thought you might want to look at it.

Does it always behave like that?  I think the two should be identical, but there could be a timing issue.  When you looked, maybe some tuners had not been discovered yet.  But if you can repeat it all the time, any time, then we may have a real issue.

I'll take a look, but it seems like I re-checked it after I checked the 'working' one.  I'll check again and re-post.

It seems to be only a display issue, because here is what was copied to the clipboard in the TV Options side:
Code: [Select]
This lists the status of television devices and recording actions that are queued.  The text will also be placed on the clipboard.

But here is what I see (see attached image).  Also note, there is no scroll bar.  Again, not a huge issue, but figured you would want to know.

I see.  I should make it scrollable.
