would stay as left when toggling.  Headers in the tree should remain collapsed once closed and vice versa (Playing Now, Audio, Video, etc.).  They don't need to expand every time.  It gets in the way.

Same for the windows at the bottom of the tree.  I like the long view.  I don't need the "Display" action window every time I click over there.

At least make it configurable.

You can turn off auto expansion, which might help you out.  Look in: Options > Tree & View > Tree > Auto expand

Yes, I have auto expand disabled.  I echoed support mainly with regard to the Display window (which seems determined to show itself whenever playback starts).

I have it turned off also.  "Playing Now" is going to expand anyway.  I really don't need to see this.  I know where I'm playing from.

Display does the same as stated right above.

the auto expand is turned off. However, the state of the tree is not remembered. For example, the Video section always starts up in expanded state, even though I collapse it before closing JR
