Export Playlist - Format for Forward Slashes

Is there anyway I can export playlists but formatted with forward slashes rather than back slashes? 

Whilst the 'Export Playlist' doesn't seem to offer this option, I can see that the 'Handheld' sync capability does.  Is there anyway to use this to just create playlist files (m3u format) without also copying of the associated playlist files themselves?
