Difference between versions

Explain how to distinguish versions in JRiver - beta from a stable release - by numbers?
How to recognize which version is which? There are no explanations in the changelogs.
The question applies to all JRiver lines.

There are no different versions, every version we make starts out in beta, and once it has been tested by us and the beta team it'll get promoted to "Latest" for the public, and eventually to "Stable".

For example the current "Latest" version 28.0.63 was first released to "Beta" on September 10th, and was then released to "Latest" on September 13th, because testing showed no new issues that would prevent such a move.

Those. I understand correctly, all versions of JRiver that are listed on this page (and similar ones) - https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,130662.0.html - and are available on the official website for download are stable finals?
