Lost tree items

Lost server connection from intranet?  Could normally be seen in the left hand tree section of JRiver. please help need access to files.

If the whole tree is gone, click on the very small triangles on the left side to restore it.

If just a server is missing, open Playing Now and then the lower section.

It's possible the server isn't allowed by your network.

A bit more info:
In tree [left hand side] under Drives And Devices / Explorer / Network / etc. that would normally show the server client [this one] and others connected [rarely my laptop, BUT mostly my server]

It is only showing this one here and not others [mainly server].

I use Synology as a server and if I map it it can be seen in the tree above the Network tab. BUT because it cannot be seen in the network tab the Filename shows it as a Mapped location not the correct one, although it does play.

It's difficult to explain this properly, but if I continue as a mapped connection then instead of the designated drive [ a named drive] it is an *S* drive [the mapped one].
I did notice it came back a few days ago but went again today.

any other ideas please.

PS this is MJR v 28 & I have tried all of the above as you suggested.
