Where can I find a list of what is new in mC28 for Linux?
I see there is a windows topic but the email I received yesterday mentioned some Linux only features, is there a version update log somewhere on the main site or in the wiki?

There isn't a list. The best way to (try) to tell is by reading the changelogs of builds.
