M1 Mac - Media Center 28.0.89 (Silicon) crashes permamently
« on: December 06, 2021, 09:34:52 am »

I have on my MacMini to users, one for working without admin permission, a second user with admin permission.
I installed Media Center 28.0.89 (Silicon) from over my working user, but must authorized me.

As I switch to the admin user Media Center 28.0.89 (Silicon) crashes permamently, it does't run.
From this admin user I don't run Media Center 28.0.89 (Silicon) every time before.

I have crash logs, but don't want post them here, how I could them per email or upload them?

What could wrong there?

M1 MacMini, Monterey 12.0.1

Greetings
Fritz

Look into System Preferences->Security and Privacy.
Check this link for the correct settings.

MC requires certain permissions to run at all and more to run properly.

If you are still having trouble reinstall MC as the user with admin privileges and check those permissions again as outlined in that thread.
