Hi,
Total JR newbie.
I looked every where and could not find a lock out/disable function for this.

My OCD likes everything tight to the master frame in windowed mode, yet every time I try to do that,
it expands to full screen. In full screen, the bottom edge is aligned, but when going to window view,
while the top edge stays flush, the bottom under laps the task bar.

Is there a way to prevent this?
