Roll-down menu not appears when installing VST3

I realized MC28 supports VST3 and tried installing Voxengo Marvel GEQ VST3. After installation, the roll-down menu in the red box on the attached screenshot doesn't come out. No problem with that of VST2.

MC version 28.0.84 64bit
Voxengo Marvel GEQ version 1.10 latest
Windows 10 pro 21h1 build 19043 1348

You can get the GEQ here for free. The installation file contains both VST2 and 3.
