YouTube videos buffering every few seconds

Hi,

Trying to play some YouTube videos, but every one of them, even low quality 360p videos, stops and buffers every few seconds. So totally unwatchable. Using my browser (Opera or Firefox), I can play 4K60 demo videos no problem. So obviously not a problem with my connection or YouTube's servers.
