Hi - I tried searching, but for MC28 is there an updated minimum/recommended PC hardware requirements list?  I'm primarily using MC28 for playback of Blu-ray rips and for audio.  Thanks!

It will depend on what JRVR features you want to use.  The "bare minimum" I've founds so far is a Intel NUC7 or NUC8 that will play UHD @23.975 with HDR Passthrough just fine (but it is right on the edge for UHD HDR @ 50 or 60fps if you happen to have any of these), which is pretty impressive! 

Taking this as a base, you can then start enabling more intensive algo's and see how you go.  So far I've been able to turn everything to MAX and my 1660Ti run without breaking a sweat.

Thank you for the feedback.  I’m looking for management of my audio/video libraries that sit on two separate Synology NAS devices.  The audio contains files from red book all the way up to multichannel 192khz files.  Video - the highest quality I’d be streaming would be 1080p.
