MCC command to add currently playing song to a specific playlist?

I reviewed the /MCC command line options in the wiki.
I didn't see one that would allow a file to be added to a playlist.
I'd like to be able to add the currently playing song to a specific playlist (not smartlist) using command line parameters.
Is this possible currently?  If not, wishlist please.
