4608 and 9216 kbps bit rates

Does JRiver support 4608 and 9216 kbps bit rates. My MusicBee High Fidelity ASIO drops dead after 2304. I am an Abelton Live user and i like the higher bit rates for editing and mastering. I generally play 24x48 but sometimes i want to playback higher rates.
