Fresh Windows 11 Install - MC29 - BD-J Detected, Java not installed.
Hendrik:
Don't mess with any content of the plugins folder, or you'll just get other problems down the line. Any such modifications will result in no support from us, as is hopefully understandable.
If you have any issues, report them here, and we'll look into them. You'll just have to be patient for the next build to fix them, or continue using MC28 in the meantime.
The issue has nothing to do with any hardware combinations.

Understood! I will revert back to MC28. I will patiently wait for the MC29 fix. Thanks for the support. I'm really digging the kodi w/ MC playback. It compares and maybe even surpasses my Oppo UDP-203!

Replacing 'java64' folder with the JRE 1.8 instance was just an attempt which worked. Dev team can get a clue from it.
Hendrik:
29.0.22 is now available which includes a fix for this

I can confirm that the new release solved the issue on my computer. Thank you Hendrik!
